Brian J. Sutton

Brian J. Sutton is the founder of Sutton Realty Advisors, LLC. He is a trusted and experienced broker in the Savannah, Atlanta, and Southeast market. He holds both a Georgia (License No. 173001) and South Carolina (License No. 134474) real estate broker license. Brian has over 29 years of experience in the Industrial Real Estate Industry and has completed over 750 industrial real estate transactions.

Abbie Sutton

Abbie Sutton attended the University of Georgia for four years and graduated in 2022 with a B.F.A. in Interior Design and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

Abbie has joined the Sutton Realty Advisors team in 2024, a brokerage company specializing in Atlanta and Savannah industrial real estate and land transactions. She obtained her GA real estate license, and also assists in marketing and research. Abbie is excited to be a part of the company and to contribute her marketing and entrepreneurial skills to the commercial real estate industry.

Hayes Sutton

Hayes Sutton graduated from Brown University in 2023 with a degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Studies, and later earned a Master’s in Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

He joined the Sutton Realty Advisors team in 2025 as a Marketing & Research Analyst. He is currently in the process of obtaining his real estate licenses in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. With a strong foundation in business strategy and market research, he supports the team through data analysis, marketing initiatives, and identifying strategic opportunities within the industrial sector. As a former college football player, he brings a competitive mindset and a disciplined work ethic to the real estate industry.
